Outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) play important roles in infectious diseases and immune modulation. The ExoELISA-ULTRA BamA Kit allows for straightforward OMV quantification using an ELISA protocol and a proprietary antibody that targets the conserved C-terminal peptide of BamA. This ensures reactivity across all Gram-negative species and compatibility with multiple isolation methods.

Best of all, it delivers your results in under four hours. Making things even easier, our Kit also includes an internal standard calibrated to OMVs from various isolation methods, validated by nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA). So particle counts can be calculated directly from the OD standard curve.
