Each unit contains 25 µg of exosomal protein. Lot-specific NanoSight and Western blot data are provided to ensure lot-to-lot quality and consistency. Each vial contains enough material to run approximately 5 lanes in an SDS-PAGE gel (5 µg protein per lane).

Figure 1. Western blot analysis (A) and mouse Exo-Check Array (B, EXORAY400A) were conducted on normal mouse serum exosomes using SBI’s recommended protocols for each respective method. Briefly, 6 μg of mouse serum exosome proteins were loaded into each lane for WB. All exosome-specific primary antibodies were used at 1:1,000 dilution, and the exosome-validated secondary antibody was used at 1:20,000 dilution. 50 μg of mouse serum exosome proteins were used for Exo-Check Array according to the product user manual (EXORAY400A).
