Both ACE2 and NRP1 are well expressed in the HEK293 ACE2 NRP1 Overexpression Stable Cell Line.  To demonstrate the robust expression of ACE2 and NRP1 in the HEK293 ACE2 NRP1 Overexpression Stable Cell Line, we extracted total protein and analyzed ACE2 (A) and NRP1 (B) expression via western blot. The parental HEK293 cells display no ACE2 (A) or NRP1 (B) expression whereas the HEK293 ACE2 NRP1 Stable Cell Line possesses robust ACE2 expression (A) and NRP1 expression (B). The positive control in B is HEK293 cells transfected with the the NRP1 Expression Lentivector.
