This product gives researchers the ability to control for exoRNA recovery, tailing, and cDNA synthesis by spiking in known quantities of a control RNA during exoRNA isolation—can be used directly on the 384-well SeraMir profiling plates or in an individual control spike-in qPCR assay.

If 5 µL of SeraMir Spike-in RNA was used during exoRNA isolation, then you should expect to observe a Ct of about 15 to 20.
