Western blot analysis of normal mouse serum exosome lysate positive control (EXOAB-POSM-1) using the recommended protocol. 6 μg of mouse serum exosome proteins were loaded into each lane. All exosome specific primary antibodies were used at 1:1,000 dilution and Exosome validated secondary antibody was used at 1:20,000 dilution.
