Figure 1. pCDH-CMV-NRP1-EF1α-Neo delivers robust NRP1 expression in HEK293 cells. We transduced the NRP1 Expression Lentivector (pCDH-CMV-NRP1-EF1α-Neo) into HEK293 cells, extracted total protein, and analyzed NRP1 expression via western blot. The parental HEK293 cells (negative control lane) display no NRP1 expression whereas HEK293 cells transduced with the NRP1 Expression Lentivector demonstrate robust NRP1 expression. The positive control of HEK293 cells transfected with the NRP1 Expression Lentivector also displays robust expression.
